What makes True Faith Naturals candles different?
Each candle is handcrafted with intention using a premium blend of soy wax, beeswax, and fractionated coconut oil. This natural formula creates a cleaner, longer, and more beautiful burn without toxins, paraffin, or synthetic stabilizers.
Our candles are designed to honor the home, encourage peace, and reflect our commitment to quality and faith.
Do your candles contain paraffin or harmful additives?
No. Our candles are 100% free of paraffin, phthalates, parabens, and petroleum-based additives.
We believe in purity, transparency, and ingredients you can trust inside your home.
What is frosting, and is it normal?
Yes — frosting is completely normal.
Because our candles are made from natural soy and beeswax without chemical stabilizers, the wax may develop a soft, crystal-like pattern over time.
Frosting does not affect the burn, scent, or performance of your candle.
It is simply a natural characteristic of pure wax.
Frosting is only visible in our clear jars and is not noticeable in our black luxury vessels.
Why does my candle look slightly different from the photos?
Each candle is individually poured by hand, so small variations in texture, color, or frosting can occur.
These natural differences are part of the beauty of clean, handcrafted candles.
WICK QUESTIONS
How are your wicks prepared?
Every candle arrives with the wick pre-trimmed and ready to light — whether it is a cotton CD wick or a wooden wick.
How do I care for a cotton wick?
Before each future burn (not the first):
Trim the wick to ¼ inch to maintain a clean flame and avoid soot or mushrooming.
How do I care for a wooden wick?
After each burn, gently remove the loose black char at the top with your fingers or a tissue.
Do not trim with scissors — wooden wicks must stay at their original height to burn properly.
BURNING & SAFETY
How long should I burn my candle?
Burn for 2–3 hours during the first use to allow a full melt pool.
After that, do not burn longer than 4 hours at a time.
How long will my candle last?
Burn time varies by vessel size, wick type, and room conditions, but most candles last 40–60 hours with proper care.
Why should I stop burning at ½ inch of wax?
The last ½ inch protects your jar from overheating and ensures your safety.
Once you reach this point, it’s time to repurpose your vessel.

How long does processing take?
Orders are prepared with care and ship within 2–4 business days.
Do you offer international shipping?

How long does shipping take?
U.S. orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days depending on location and carrier.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. Once your order ships, you will automatically receive an email with your tracking number.
What if my package is lost or stolen?
If tracking shows “Delivered,” we recommend checking with neighbors or your local carrier first.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unused, unlit candles within 7 days of delivery.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
Used candles cannot be returned for safety reasons.
What if my candle arrives damaged?
Please email hello@truefaithnaturals.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of:
- The candle
- The packaging
- The shipping box
We will gladly send a replacement.

Can I send a candle as a gift?
Absolutely.
Our packaging is beautiful, intentional, and ready to gift.
You may include a personalized message at checkout.
Do orders include pricing inside the box?
No — receipts and pricing are emailed only.
