True Faith Naturals candles are hand-poured in small batches with clean ingredients, intentional craftsmanship, and a purpose behind every collection.
Our candles are made with a natural wax foundation of pure soy wax, beeswax, and fractionated coconut oil. We do not use paraffin, petroleum-based waxes, or unnecessary additives.
Each candle is created to bring warmth, peace, beauty, and intention into the home.
Are your candles non-toxic?
Our candles are made without paraffin, petroleum-based waxes, phthalates, parabens, or unnecessary additives.
We use clean wax blends, premium phthalate-free fragrance oils, and carefully selected wicks to create a candle experience you can feel good about bringing into your home.
Do your candles contain paraffin?
No. Our candles are made without paraffin or petroleum-based waxes.
We use pure soy wax, natural beeswax, and fractionated coconut oil as the foundation of our wax blends.

What is the difference between Seasonal, Pure, and Biblical?
The Seasonal Collection is our everyday candle line, inspired by the beauty of each season. These candles are fresh, approachable, and perfect for daily home fragrance, holidays, and limited releases.
The Pure Collection is our spa-inspired candle line, created for a soft, calming, and refined home fragrance experience.
The Biblical Collection is our faith-inspired candle line, created with Scripture-inspired names and fragrance choices connected to biblical themes.
Natural Wax AppearanceWhat is frosting, and is it normal?
Yes. Frosting is completely normal in candles made with natural waxes.
Because our candles are made with soy wax and beeswax without chemical stabilizers, you may occasionally notice slight frosting, cloudiness, or surface variation.
These are natural characteristics of pure ingredients and do not affect the quality, scent, or performance of your candle.
Why does my candle look slightly different from the photos?
Each candle is hand-poured in small batches, so slight variations in texture, color, surface finish, or wax appearance may occur.
These natural differences are part of the beauty of handcrafted candles made with natural waxes.
Is frosting more visible in some candles?
Yes. Frosting, cloudiness, or surface variation may be more visible in clear vessels, especially in our Seasonal Collection.
These natural variations are cosmetic only and do not affect how your candle burns or smells.
Wick Questions
What kind of wicks do you use?
We use CD cotton wicks in our Seasonal Collection and wooden wicks in our Pure and Biblical Collections.
Each wick is chosen based on the candle vessel, wax blend, and overall candle experience.
What are CD cotton wicks?
CD cotton wicks are premium lead-free cotton wicks known in candle making for their reliability, clean burn performance, and compatibility with natural wax blends like soy.
They help support a steady flame, an even melt pool, and dependable performance throughout the life of the candle.
Do your wicks contain lead?
No. Our wicks are lead-free.
Why do some candles have wooden wicks?
Our Pure and Biblical Collections use wooden wicks because they create a warm, peaceful burn experience with a soft, gentle crackle.
Wooden wicks require more precise craftsmanship to set correctly and contribute to the atmosphere these collections are designed to create.
How are your wicks prepared?
Every candle arrives with the wick pre-trimmed and ready for the first burn, whether it has a CD cotton wick or a wooden wick.
How do I care for a cotton wick?
Before each burn after the first use, trim the cotton wick to approximately 1/4 inch.
This helps maintain a steady flame and reduces soot or mushrooming.
How do I care for wooden wicks?
After each burn, gently remove the loose black char from the top of the wooden wick with your fingers or a tissue once the candle is fully cooled.
Do not cut the wooden wick too low. Wooden wicks need enough height to relight and burn properly.
Burning & Safety
How long should I burn my candle the first time?
For the first burn, allow your candle to burn long enough for the wax to melt close to the edges of the vessel. This usually takes about 3-4 hours depending on the candle.
This helps prevent tunneling and supports a more even burn.
How long can I burn my candle at one time?
We recommend burning your candle for no more than 4 hours at a time.
Always burn candles within sight and away from drafts, children, pets, curtains, and anything flammable.
How long will my candle last?
Burn time varies by vessel size, wick type, wax blend, and room conditions.
Most True Faith Naturals candles are designed to provide a long, beautiful burn when cared for properly. For the best performance, follow the care instructions included with your candle.
Why should I stop burning when 1/2 inch of wax remains?
The last 1/2 inch of wax helps protect the vessel from overheating.
Once only 1/2 inch of wax remains, it is time to stop burning the candle and repurpose the vessel.
Why is my flame too high?
A flame may become too high if the wick is too long, if the candle has burned for too many hours, or if the candle is near a draft.
Extinguish the candle, allow it to cool completely, trim or clean the wick as needed, and relight.
Why is my flame too low?
A low flame can happen if the wick is trimmed too short, covered by wax, or if the candle has not burned long enough to create a proper melt pool.
Allow the candle to burn long enough for the wax to melt evenly, but never longer than 4 hours at a time.
Scent & Performance
How strong are your candles?
Our candles are designed to create a beautiful home fragrance experience without feeling harsh or overwhelming.
Scent strength can vary depending on the fragrance, room size, airflow, ceiling height, and how long the candle has been burning.
Why does one scent smell stronger than another?
Each fragrance has its own character. Some scents are naturally bold and noticeable, while others are softer, cleaner, or more spa-like.
A fresh cotton scent may smell lighter than a rich fruit, spice, floral, or wood fragrance. This is normal and part of how each scent is designed.
How can I get the best scent performance?
For best results, burn your candle in an appropriately sized room, allow a full melt pool to form, and keep the wick properly trimmed or cleaned.
Avoid placing the candle near open windows, fans, or strong drafts, as airflow can affect the burn and fragrance performance.
Orders & Shipping
How long does processing take?
Orders are prepared with care and typically ship within 24–48 hours on business days.
During weekends, launches, holidays, or high-volume seasons, processing times may be slightly longer.
How long does shipping take?
U.S. orders typically arrive within 2-4 business days after they ship, depending on location and carrier.
International delivery times vary depending on destination, carrier, and customs processing.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We offer free shipping on U.S. orders over $75.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes. We currently ship within the United States and to select international destinations, including Switzerland, Japan, Hong Kong, the United Arab Emirates, Australia, and New Zealand.
Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on location and package weight. International customers may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges required by their country.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information.
What if my package is lost or stolen?
If tracking shows “Delivered,” we recommend checking with neighbors, your household, mailbox area, front desk, or local carrier first.

Returns & Damages
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unused and unlit candles within 7 days of delivery.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
Used candles cannot be returned for safety reasons.
What if my candle arrives damaged?
Please email hello@truefaithnaturals.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of:
- The candle
- The packaging
- The shipping box
We will gladly help with a replacement.
Can I exchange a scent if I do not like it?
Because candles are personal fragrance products, we can only accept returns or exchanges on unused and unlit candles within our return window.

Yes. Our candles are beautifully packaged and ready for gifting.
