Shipping policy

At True Faith Naturals, every candle is poured, packaged, and shipped with care. We want your order to arrive beautifully, safely, and on time.
Processing Times
All orders are processed within 2–4 business days.
v Rush-shipping is available at checkout.
- Orders placed after 2 PM may begin processing the next business day
- We do not ship on weekends or holidays
During high-volume seasons (such as November–December), processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Rates & Delivery
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and package weight.
We currently ship within the United States.
Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipping, depending on the carrier and your location.
International Shipping — Coming Soon
We are working on expanding our shipping options to serve customers around the world.
International Shipping is coming soon.
Once available, international rates, delivery times, and any customs/duties information will appear at checkout.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to update.
If you do not receive a tracking email, contact us at hello@truefaithnaturals.com with your name and order number.
Packaging & Protection
Each candle is:
- Wrapped carefully
- Cushioned for protection
- Boxed securely
- Sealed with branded packaging
If you ordered multiple candles, they may ship together.
Delays Outside Our Control
We do our best to ship promptly, but delivery delays may occur due to:
- Carrier delays
- Weather conditions
- Peak holiday volume
- Incorrect or incomplete addresses
We are not responsible for delays once the package is with the carrier, but we will always do our best to assist.
Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address entered by the customer.
If you realize there is a mistake, email us as soon as possible at hello@truefaithnaturals.com. If your order has not yet shipped, we will do our best to update the address.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If a package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier but you cannot locate it:
- Check with neighbors or household members
- Look around your property and mailbox areas
- Contact the carrier directly for more details
True Faith Naturals is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery is confirmed. However, you can always email us at hello@truefaithnaturals.com, and we’ll do our best to help.
Damaged Orders
If your candle arrives damaged:
- Email us at hello@truefaithnaturals.com within 48 hours of delivery
- Include your order number and clear photos of:
- The candle
- The packaging
- The shipping box
Once reviewed, we will send a replacement candle at no cost to you.
